Do you have audit and ID protection?

Yes! Audit protection is included for an additional fee with every tax return prepared by us. We recommend obtaining this service so you are always prepared in case of an audit. ID protection is also available for an additional fee. This service is widely popular due to the low price for a number of years of ID protection.

Do you offer fee refunds for tax preparation?

No. We do not offer refunds. Our team works diligently to make sure that our clients are satisfied. If you submit your tax forms to us, you are agreeing to our fees to have your taxes prepared.

Can you prepare my taxes with just my paystubs?

No. We require all the appropriate tax forms to prepare and file your taxes. In unusual circumstances, such as a company going out of business, please let us know and we will give you further instruction.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

We don’t offer in-person tax appointments at this time. With virtual appointments, we can offer flexible scheduling and faster service, all from the comfort of your location. It’s all about making your experience smoother and more efficient!

How can I schedule a consultation?

All consultations can be scheduled on our website calendar. If you schedule a tax consultation and decide to file your taxes with us, the fee will be credited towards your final cost of your preparation.

What happens if I owe and can't afford to pay the full tax preparation fee?

Our fees are NOT dependent on whether or not you get a refund, which is why we charge a deposit before preparation begins. If we prepare your taxes and you do not pay the full preparation fees, your deposit becomes non-refundable to compensate us for our time, and we will not file your tax return. If this happens, we will not be responsible for you filing your taxes on time. We are very transparent about our fees. Please plan accordingly.

Do you do tax estimates?

No. Tax estimates can sometime take the same amount of time to prepare a tax return. If you decide to go with another preparer, you are still responsible for compensating us for our work performed. We are upfront about our pricing. Any unpaid invoices for work performed will be sent to collections. If you decide to cancel your tax preparation BEFORE we finish it, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
